How do I install an app?
Our apps are available on the Apple App Store. Open the App Store on your iPhone or iPad, search for the app by name (for example, I Like Colors), and tap Get to download it. You may be asked to confirm with Face ID, Touch ID, or your Apple Account password.
You can also open any app's page directly from our Apps section.
Which devices and iOS versions are supported?
Our apps are made for iPhone and iPad running a recent version of iOS/iPadOS. The App Store listing for each app shows the exact Compatibility requirements before you download.
Are the apps free or paid?
Pricing is shown on each app's App Store page and can change over time. Check the listing for the most up-to-date price and whether the app includes any in-app purchases.
How do I report a bug or request a feature?
We'd genuinely love to hear from you. Email hello@builtforschools.com and include the app name, your device model, and your iOS version. For a bug, a short description of what you were doing when it happened (and a screenshot if you have one) helps us fix it faster.
How do I manage purchases or get a refund?
All purchases are handled securely by Apple, so subscriptions, purchase history, and refund requests are managed through your Apple Account rather than by us. You can request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com or manage purchases in Settings on your device.
If something still isn't right, email us and we'll point you in the right direction.
How do I restore a purchase?
If you previously bought an app or an in-app item and it's not showing up — for example, on a new device — open the app and look for a Restore Purchases option, then sign in with the same Apple Account you used originally.
Is my child's data safe?
